Residential Demolition & Construction of New Villa in Colombier

With it's premier position atop the hill in Colombier, Villa Plumbago features a 360° view of the surrounding ocean and neighboring hills. In order to take full advantage of the site, the existing buildings were completely demolished and replaced with new construction while the gardens were also redesigned in full.

Traditional Caribbean Style

The building program consisted of a four bedroom villa in traditional Caribbean style. Features include a 17 meter (56 foot) long heated pool and a covered motor court to accommodate no fewer than six automobiles. Additionally, the latest technological advances in audio-video, electrical control systems, internet and energy management were incorporated to round out the technically challenging scope of the work.

Cutting edge technological sophistication combined with traditional architectural style, Villa Plumbago embodies the best of both old and new.
