Villa Les Amis du Vent

Residential Construction of a New Villa Montjean

Panoramic Ocean Views
At this secluded Montjean site with panoramic ocean views (including picturesque Marigot), Xavier David provided engineering and construction management services to meet the inspired design architect François Pécard which included a curving pool and extensive landscaping. Floors were made of cast concrete using an innovative technique to mimic the texture of coral stone.

Outdoors, the pool stucco was a carefully chosen mixture of white cement and sand imported from Barbuda in an effort to most carefully coordinate the pool color with the turquoise waters of Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac.
